Q. Can I use the Urgent Care facilities during the day, if my primary care physician is un- available?

A The urgent care hours are set up to see patients after normal business hours and on weekends and Holidays. 

Q. Who do I call if I want to change my Primary Care Physician?

A. You must call your health plan to change your primary care physician. However if you are unsure who is available in your area, you can call Member Services who can give you names of several doctors in you area.

Q. I am getting a bill from a medical provider. Who do I Call?

A. Call our Member Services Department. One of our friendly Senior Advocates will research the bill and see if it was sent to you in error, or there may be a possibility that the bill reflects a co-payment required by your Health Plan.
